Morgon Classique Jean Foillard

France, Beaujolais. Vintage: 2022. Foillard's  Morgon  is a wonderful Gamay,  A ruby red wine with aromas of cherry, rhubarb and blackberry. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with silky soft tannins. His wines have a fantastic elegance and silky texture which raises them far above the level of what we would normally consider Beaujolais.
