The Domaine is located in the northernmost region of Chablis. This is a delightfully crisp and refreshing Chablis with a lively acidity that makes for an excellent food wine.

A clear light golden in colour, flecked through with emerald green. Look for scents of lemon, hazelnuts and ginger. Fresh and mineral on the palate with flavours of green fruits and pineapple. The classic accompaniment to oysters or chicken. Perfect also with trout
