France, Languedoc-Roussillon. Vintage: 2021. This highly regarded organic red wine is a classic Southern Rhône/Languedoc blend primarily consisting of Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah.

 A complex nose offering notes of blackcurrant, ripe cherries, and liquorice. On the palate it is deep and beautifully structured, carrying peppery spice, vibrant fruit flavours, and a supple, lingering floral finish.

This gorgeous red pairs excellently with roasted meats, grilled game, and aged cheeses
