England, E.Sussex. Vintage 2016. The Mountfield Winery was established by Simon and Lucinda Fraser in 2012 in the Rother Valley East Sussex, and this Blanc de Blancs Brut is an exceptional award-winning English sparkling wine.
Made from 100% Chardonnay, it is celebrated for its deep golden colour, fine bubbles, and rich tasting notes of citrus, green apples, and brioche. It recently secured a spectacular 96-point rating from Decanter with Susie Barrie MW actually rating it 97 saying it has layers and layers of flavour was 'so colourful it stopped me in my tracks'
