France, Burgundy White. Vintage: 2024. This wonderful Macon Villages Nos Cinq Terroirs is 100% Chardonnay, and run by the Paquet family, and as the name suggests it sourced from five distinct vineyard sites within the Mâcon-Villages appellation.
The 2024 vintage brings out the wine`s natural fruit and mineral characteristics. It has definite aspects of apple, citrus & flint and is the perfect accompaniment to shellfish.
This really is a superb Burgundy in its price point and a favourite in our wine bar.
