France, Languedoc-Roussillon. Vintage: 2019. The grapes come from a selection of vineyards around the region, the Macebau and Grenache Gris from vines of between 60 and 70 years old, the Muscat from 27 year old vines.
This thirst-quenching wine is both organic and bio-dynamic. It offers a captivating texture between honey and silk, with complex aromas of beeswax, lemon, peach and thyme.
It could marry with oysters or with roast chicken, or indeed be enjoyed on its own.
