France, Burgundy White. Vintage: 2018. Another Mischief & Mayhem classic. Bright pale straw in colour, tinged with green and fading to a white rim.
Good intensity on the nose with lime and ripe pear, hints of flint, yellow plum and spice.
On the palate the wine has a fine acidic structure and nice balance. It is rich in flavour, and indeed texture, but not heavy. Nice mineral elements balance well with the creamy citric fruit notes and the finish is long, smooth and extremely well defined.
