An intense ruby red colour with a bouquet of ripe fruit. Harmonious to the taste, a perfect balance of softness, minerality and freshness, with tastes of black cherry, plum, and notes of blackberry.
Wonderful with roast lamb with garlic and rosemary, pasta with meat sauces and mature cheeses.
